How to shoot a first person video?

-I don't want to go out and buy a GoPro for this, even if it's my last resort, because it's just for a small scene that might not even make the final cut, just to add the "bang" to the trailers (it's going to be a 30 minute short film). I have a Sony Bloggie Touch so I'm thinking that duct tape or regular tape may ruin the camera if I try to attach it to a helmet. It's a scene of me dribbling and shooting a basketball. I need help fast! Thanks!Get a camera and point it straight ahead.., and don't stop :L
