Is there a specific paint brush to use so that the 'hairs' don't stick to the paint ?

How do you make it into like a key chain ?

What do you paint over it to make it shiny and glossy ?

It will be a great help if you can answer these.easiest method i guess would be to use sculpt epoxy. While it is still malleable, i would insert those rings for the chain part. Any craft store or jewelry place would have those. acrylic paint works. Or you can experiment with stains. brushes don't matter.
